Hihi, ok since geraldine call me update about my choir camp so i update about it taday loh. ok the camp was 15 dec to 16 dec 05. was an overnight camp. reached school at 8am, assembled at the umbrella area. then the leaders and mentors took attendents of the group members, got about 4 groups ba, forgot already. each group about 5~6 people. i was in group 1. firstly, we played some ice-breaker games la, played scissors, paper, stone on the stairs, was quite fun. then have to think of group name. Guess whats our group name.. Its Scooby, lame right? dog's name. but quite cute also. then we played a game called ' chicken pie' everyone played, all the groups combined and play the game. someone have to shout things like, 'chicken pie', 'carrot', 'pea', ice cream' and 'spaghetti' . If someone shouts 'chicken pie', then we have to run in circles, if someone shouts ' carrot' then we have to stetch as long as we can, pea is the crouch as small as we can. ice cream is to just freeze there, and spaghetti is to wriggle your body. those who do wrong will, have foefit, which is to sing infront of everyone. Secondly, we had 'missing people', its a game where someone gets to look around for a few seconds then get blind folded and someone goes to hiding. and the blind folded person must say out the name and identify the person who is missing. afew seniors came back to join us too. next we played dont know what squirrel and tree, there ill be some extras and some players playing the game. 2 people have to hold hand to make a 'tree' while 1 have to squad down and be the squirrel, like 'London bridge is falling down' like that. there will be shouts like ' hunter', 'fire' and 'earthquake'. hunter is that each squirrel must change to live in another 'tree'. fire is that the tree must change partner and earthquake is that everyone must change. the extras will come in and take over someone's role and if he/she does not have a partner as a tree or is a homeless squirrel he/she will be out. the final tree and squirrel will be the winner. then we had also dont know what name call , circle circle. then there would be an inner circle and a external circle everyone must have a person infront or behind of them. people infront practically do not have to do anything. only people behind need to be alert of people calling the names of the people infront of them. if someone calls the person infront the person behind would have to call someone else's name in the inner circle. if she/he does not, there would be a foefit, which is to sing infront of everyone and change place with the person infront. next, we have to think of choir cheers, then we went out for lunch. we came back for the 2nd scavengers' hunt, we had the 1st one in the morning. we had to look for things like school shoes, white socks, lipstick, red hairband, fallen leaf, long hair, pebbles, bells, ruler, batteries.. etc. then we had a game about slapping thighs, a senoir suggested it. everyone will be given a number and if your number is called you wold have to slap the person's thigh beside you, either left or right and the person who was hit cannot make any noise after being hit, if not will have foefit, to dance infront of everyone. after that, we played a game where group 1& 4 combined and group 2&3 combined. then sent 3 person frm each group and the remaining people stayed to form a circle . 3 person each gruop must squeeze thorugh the circle to put a circle thing in the circle. I simply hate that game, was like so rough. next we had obstacle race, run, jump over a hurdle, 5 rounds around a hockey stick and throw a hoop over a line. then, each group was given an egg , some newspaper and tape to wrap up the egg so that it could survive even throwing them down from great heights. my group's egg did not survived, 2 groups' eggs survived. we sit together again and played 'concentration'. then we played captain's ball. the group I'm in won!! haha. then time to prepare for the barbeque. barbequed for a few hour till about 9 then played water bomb, but i went home when they are playing the water bombs. i ate abilt at home anf went to shower, feel so good after the shower. we were like in the sun the whole day and had perspire alot. so after my shower i was feeling soooo goood. was very tired and slept quite early. ok end of it!!
