Hihi! I'm back again, for today. hmm... as i reflected on my holidays, which were spent doing absolutely nothing, I decided to bake!! And i decided to bake Cranberry Muffins!! been having this idea since a few days ago,but i was way too lazy to execute it... finally executed it just now, i feel proud of myself.lol. Found a recipe at this fabulous website, and went ahead to make use of the recipe to bake my Cranberry Muffins!! I had a hard time creaming the butter and sugar, cos the butter was not at room temperature and it was super solid... yup, still managed to cream them together after about 20mins? very long i know. then, an easy one, add in the eggs. 1 at a time and mix till well blended. next, i sifted the flour and the baking powder together. It was difficult for me too as my weighing scale was too mini, and i have to pour and measure the flour a few times. After that, is to pour the milk in!! easy peasy! pour and mix till well blended. okay, last thing is to add in the dried cranberries!! just fold the berries in and the batter is done!! (ignore the camera date because it's wrong) The next thing to do is to line the paper liners in the muffin tin and to pop it in the oven to bake!! Meanwhile, I took pictures of my dog and 1 of my cats!

I was attracted to the kitchen by some smells of aroma!! Went into the kitchen to check how the muffins were doing in the oven. Sorry for the reflection.. Took them out after they were cooked. Yay!! tasted them while they're pipping hot. I would say that they taste quite OK, compared to the blueberry muffins that i made last week... Good, there's improvement!! gave some to my granny's friends:)) In all, I enjoyed the baking session today!!! And i hope that i can bake food that tastes better next time:))
