Hello! Haven't got the time and mood to blog, assignments are piling up and so far, none is done. Really gotta buck up and try to complete my assignments!! The whole of ECH and CPEE students were forced to attend the Early Childhood Conference on 18th and 19th June. As usual, the conferences were boring, did not pay attention at all during the conferences. All I did was playing with my DS lite, talking nonstop and day dreaming. Wasn't in a good mood on the first day as I only had 4 hours of sleep the night before. In conclusion, the only thing that is enjoyable about the conference is the FOOD, the goodie bag was good too!! Had buffet breakfast for the first day and buffet breakfast, lunch and tea during the second day. I LOVE the food that they ordered from the food catering company, it was damn good!! And because the food was so very marvelous, I over over over ATE!! And as a result, I gained 1kg and had stomachache due to indigestion/ heatiness :( My stomach is still aching now, really got to go easy on eating today. The massive amount of food which I ate yesterday. Morning:
Cereal, Buffet breakfast consisting: Chee Chong Fun, Chee Kueh, Some noodles, Egg tart, Corn Kueh,
Afternoon:
Buffet lunch: Thai noodles, Saffron rice, Curry vegetable, 1 stalk of Xiao Bai Cai, Nonya sauce fish, 4 pieces of chicken, Potatoes and sausage, Fruit jelly, Fruit cocktail, hot tea
Tea time:
Tea buffet: 2 Éclairs, 1 Hawaiian pizza, ½ tuna puff, mouthfuls of chocolate cake, mouthfuls of nonya green cake,
Dinner time:
Rice, Pork ribs, Broccoli, Chicken, Tofu and pork, chicken soup +chicken + quail egg + wanton.
2 Tuna sandwiches, Sinful cake
