Birthday Eve!!

Hello! It's National Day 40 minutes ago! Happy 45th Belated Birthday Singapore!! May Singapore continue to prosper and progress! :)) Here to update about my birthday eve (7th August 2010). Morning was pretty much boring, rushing out my portfolio for ITA assignment. lol, okay, i admit that I did a sloppy job. hehe. After that, went out to lunch with my sisters!! :)) went to Clark Quay for ramen! Santouka Ramen, quite a famous ramen shop in SG. It received quite a number of postive reviews. Do try it if you like ramen :) Shared a set meal which includes as small bowl of curry rice and a bowl of ramen with my mei mei. While me jie jie had a bowl of ramen herself. Conclusion: Yes! The ramen was really good, the curry rice too!! Plus i feel that the price is quite reasonable compared to some other big shot ramen outlets. Worth the try, the shop is quite hidden due to some renovation works going on, so gotta spend some time in looking for it.

After a satisfying lunch, we strolled to Liang Court to get meself a birthday present. There was a food fair there!! could resist Tutu Kueh, so went to buy first before shopping around. There were many other foods that I was so tempted to buy, but, I managed to resist!! Hehe. i'm so proud of myself :) Walked for a while and in the end, I did not manage to find something i like as a gift from my sister, instead, I got myself the Hello Kitty Pouch! LOL. i'm still happy with my purchase! 
















Proceeded to go get my birthday cake from a famous Japanese Bakery at Tanjong Pagar! Not sure of you've heard of it, it's called Pâtisserie Glacé, quite well known in Sg :)) Have been patronizing the shop for a few years for cakes!! Their cakes are really good! Try it! It's located in Icon Village at Gopeng Street. Their Rin Rin cheese tart is also a MUST TRY!! the cheese tart comes in many different flavours, all flavours are nice imo. Bought a few to-die-for cheese tarts home with my birthday cake, overjoyed to the max! Favourite deserts!! WAH!!  Cabbed home after that :)) Okay, bye! Will blog more about me bday later! :))
