Jimmy Dearie is ill! :(

One of my cats is ill!! Jimmy dearie is down with Jaundice :(, bet you don't know that this condition is possible in cats. Unfortunately yes, Jie noticed that Jim lost quite a bit of weight and her inner ears, nose, tongue and mouth area were of yellowish tinge some time last week. daddy and jie brought Jim to the vet on Monday for treatment. That poor lil princess had blood sample taken from her for blood test, put on drip and 3 injections. She came home with 3 types of medicine to take. And she really lost so much weight! From 4kg to 2kg+. Our poor girl! Then she went back for a review on Thursday, and once again, she got put on drip and had an injection :( Although I did not follow them to the vet and see any of those, it pains my heart. Luckily she is still able to take in food and her condition is still okay. But in case anyone don't know, it is a torture for both the cat and owners when feeding medicine. As a know, animals don't take their medicine willingly just because you ask them or just because they are sick. They just take what's nice and reject what yucky. Hence, it's really terrible to feed her medicine everyday! She gets mad and scratches us non stop. Jie is worst, gotta carry her and forcefully pry her mouth open wide to feed her the medicine. sigh, so its really bad if an animal falls sick. :(  Hopefully she gets better soon.
