My 19th Birthday Part I

Hello! Here to blog about my 19th as stated in the previous post. lol. it's amazing how fast time flies, just when I thought that I just turned 18, i'm 19! Just when i can't wait to grow up when I was young, I wish I could stop growing old now. But of course it's impossible, life goes on so does time. However, I'm glad that we are constantly outgrowing ourselves in terms of mindset, character, accomplishments, appearances etc through time and the sweet and bitter events in life... okay, enough said, time to share about my 19th!
First of all, I'm really happy to receive birthday wishes from so many people! Feel really thankful to be remembered and wished, regardless whether it's remembered/ reminded through facebook or heart, I really appreciate it still. Reading all those wishes made my day! Thank you everyone! :D
My birthday celebrations have always been simple, with a few close friends and my family. Although there was no party organized or whatsoever, it is still a really heartwarming birthday celebration to me :))
Last day of school (6th August)
Formal/ Office wear FTW, it's actually for presentation. hehe. But i seemed to overdo it. lol. dont care, similar to the last few days of school last semester, I wore formal wear to school on the last day of this semester too!! White blouse + Black office skirt! yay. Presentation was okay, there were some hiccups halfway though, but its okay :) Received gifts from my hot and sexy Cynthia and sweet Syafiqah on our way to lunch after presentation! I was so surprised at the gift from S as she bought 2 durian pancakes, a card and some cosmetics products. I admire her courage and ability to hide the 2 pancakes in her bag for such a long period of time. She had to prevent the aroma/scent/stench of the durian on the bus to school and also during class. LOL. She's amazing yeah? My favourite durian pancake, and she risked so much to get it for me. Thank you! Her card was really adorable too, she printed SHINee pictures. That's really creative, the content is good too. TQ!! In addition, this is my first time receiving cosmetic products as present, i like them. dunno when will I get to utilize them. lol.
How can I forget the gift from the hot and sexy Cynthia! She got me a really pretty bracelet and a card. I LOVE cards, if you were to let me choose, I would rather want a card than a present. Especially handwritten/ homemade cards, I feel it is genuine effort for someone to make a card for you. And I'm thankful that there are people who are willing to do this for me :) Furthermore, cards are easy to keep and will not rot unless you wet them? I will keep them and treasure them for a long long time!!
After my piano lesson, there were 2 silly girls who asked me to meet them up. They tried to lure me to the MRT station but I happened to meet them while making my way there. Wow, you should have seen how flustered they were. LOL. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant surprise that they bought me a slice of cake. hehe. they sang me birthday song,  a guy sitting nearby joined in too, so embarrassing. LOL. he offered to take photos for us too. How sweet! Really appreciate their effort in planning this surprise for me, and they were late for their cheer practice too. I'm touched. Didnt have pictures with the others as we did not take any. lol.
