My 19th Birthday Part II

Hello! Back with Part II! On my actual birthday! As per normal, it wasn't a grand event or whatsoever. However I spent the day with my loved ones, which I hope that it would continue to be like that always. Heartwarming and simplicity is the point :)) Okay! Had the 'cake cutting ceremony' in the morning! No pictures of us cos we all look screwed. Teehee! And i received my first 2 red packets from my parents, full of blessings and sincerity. <3 The name of my birthday cake was Charlotte Fraise: It's made of delicious LOW FAT strawberry yogurt and sponge cake with some raspberry jam. :p Totally delicious and caters to my "project D". LOL. Yummy!

After the cake, showered and went out to meet my SUPER DUPER BESTIE Geraldine Poh! Teehee. Haven seen that girl for the longest time, about 4 months plus?? OMG! that's really long now that i calculate :O Missed her so much, she made me so happy by putting my whole name in 1 of her blog entries announcing that she wants a meet up. HAHA! therefore, we finally got to meet up on my birthday!!

Sweet daddykin drove me to the MRT station as I was running late :p. However, in the end, I arrived earlier! yay!! I was so worried that G would reach earlier and end up waiting for me again despite the fact that both of us were late. Walked around Accessorize for a lil while before G arrived. Bused to Liang Court from City Hall when we met up. While waiting for the bus, we saw a little girl vomiting, ewww, gross to the max. Appetite -1. Luckily the bus came soon and we dont have to see that any longer.  Yes, I went to Clark Quay on my birthday and on the eve of it. Went to use the toilet after reaching Liang Court, and in the toilet, we heard another person puking up. Disguising! Appetite -2. we saw/heard people vomit twice before our lunch, how 'lucky'. LOL. Forget about the yucky incidents!!

Proceeded for lunch in an Italian Restaurant: Saizeriya! Eating there for the first time, exciting!! Verdict: The prices are reasonable and the food is good :)) Managed to eat a lot despite the decrease in appetite before that. We ordered 2 bowls of soup, 2 pieces of bread, a plate of chicken wings, 2 cups of water and a bacon pineapple pizza! The meal was super satisfying, was bloated to the max after we finished ALL of the food. No remains at all. hehe. We caught up quite a lot with each other during lunch too. <3

'Window shopping' in Meidiya after lunch. Saw a huge variety of Japanese snacks, I was so tempted to buy, and I ended up with a long row of Ramune candy. hehe. Controlled myself to the max already! Queued up for a Japanese pancake with black sesame filling which costs $2. There were so many people lining up and waiting for their boxes of pancakes!  However, it was a disappointment, the filling was too dry and the cake wasn't flavorful enough. bad buy, boo!  It was Central after Meidiya! Continued our camwhoring along the Singapore River while we were on our way to Central! :DD 

Walked around Central for a while before heading home. It was a pleasant day spent with Bestie as we have not met for a long time. Really happy that we finally got to 'reunite' on my birthday! :)) Thank you bestie for spending your day with me and making my 19th birthday a really special one <3 Meet up soon!! :)) 

Headed home for steamboat dinner after parting with bestie. It was an opportunity for a family gathering, many relatives came and I received more birthday wishes and blessings from them <3 That's about how I spent my 19th Birthday. I felt loved and cherished by the people around me and I hope that it would stay this way. :)
