One of the days after work, was gossiping and ranting with Brenda as we walked to the bus stop as per normal. As we boarded the bus together to head home, a sudden craving for meatballs struck us. checked with each other that we do not have other commitments hurriedly and press the 'Stop' bell to alight after 2 stops.. Our workplace was actually quite near to Ikea, hence, we had to make a quick decision. Alighted the bus and even we were surprised by our impromptu decision to visit Ikea. hehe. Anyways, we continued to rant and gossip about all sorts of things at work as we made our way to Ikea. First up, to satisfy our craving for the ever awesome SWEDISH MEATBALLS with JAM! we shared a plate of 10 pieces of meatballs. Told the meatball guy that we wanted extra jam but yet he gave us a measly amount of jam and even lesser gravy... so stingy. LOL. forget about him.. wasn't in a very pleasant mood that day cos of stomach ache the previous day and also after a tough day of work.. So, no photos of meatballs, however, I was really cheered up by Brenda who was so energetic, cheerful and wacky even after work :)) She was so adorable. After meatballs, we went to explore and fool around in Ikea like most teenagers/ youngsters would. We reckoned that it had been ages ago since we did that in the past with other friends.. I started to take photos from there too, was really cracked up by Brenda's wide range of crazy expressions!! LOL. glad that I did not dampen her mood to play and fool around :) Explored the showrooms on the second floor before heading downstairs for hotdog bun and more furniture exploration.. haha, headed to Anchor Point to check out the outlet stores before going home to rest for another day of work the next day. We really liked the Cotton On outlet, especially the clothes with defects section, but we went home empty handed cos we were too poor :( Still waiting for our pay, sigh...
