Treated family to dinner with the money i earned from my telemarketing job!! Yay! Like finally, have been looking for the best day to do so.. Just before the holidays end. We had Korean food, it was recommended by the ladies in my telemarketing job.. The food was cheap and nice, the average price of each person was $6. It was not really authentic Korean food, but at least the food was decent.. :)) Lol, i seem to always treat my family to Korean food with my pay, I did that last year too. Last year was in Amara Hotel, this year was in Bukit Merah.. Such a huge difference eh.. Glad that the meal was a satisfying one for all :) Perhaps a change of cuisine next year? hehe..

Shopping trip with family today! Went Ion for lunch and shopping! Lunch was at Taste Paradise, Chinese cuisine! Under the same company as Paradise Inn, also the latest addition to the Paradise Group Holdings. Advisable to book in advance during the weekends, business was really good. We had to wait for about 40 minutes for the seats to be available, meanwhile, we took a stroll in the supermarket.. We had so many things to buy.. They had many uncommonly seen goods from other countries, especially western countries, so worth giving the supermarket a try if you need some rare ingredients for cooking. Off to the restaurant! We ordered so many dishes! The dim sum was seriously good! I recommend the Liu Sha Bao (flowing custard bao) best, the filling was so good and the bao skin was so soft.. The century egg congee, the egg prawn hor fun, the Chee Cheong Fun (Rice noodle rolls), Siew Mai, and xiao long bao (soup dumpling). However, i did not really fancy the fried food from there, I felt that they were too oily for my liking.. Enough said, pictures! Not only does the restaurant serves good food but the ambience of the restaurant was nice too. Would definitely go back and dine if opportunity arises!! :)) hehe.
Sigh, last thoughts.. After the holidays, it's a fresh new semester of year 2 in the polytechnic. My goals still remains: I hope to be able to cope with the enormous workload, keep healthy in dealing with school work and life, sleep early and wake up early, be punctual for lessons and build/ maintain relationships with peers/ teachers/ people around me.. yeah, i have so many goals.. easier said than done eh, wish me luck! :)) Holidays have been enjoyable, I did gain some new experiences and most importantly, I got to relax myself a little.. Go Go!! New semester, new challenges, new beginning!! Stay positive! It will be a long day tomorrow.. Jia you!
