In search of iphone 4

Back in December 2010, it was the time for changing phone! Sadly, it wasn't for me, it was for jie jie.. jie had her target phone in mind since a long time, and it was an iphone 4!! However, it was not in our expectations that there was a shortage of iphone 4 everywhere!! We had to travel to 4 different locations in 3 days to hunt down the phone. First stop was Bishan, after our haircut. On the second day, my parents and jie went to Jurong Point to try their luck, but still no avail.. Determined to lay her hands on an iphone 4, jie and i went out together on a Saturday to hunt down the target!!

Went back to JP as jie was told that it might be available, but nah, we got tricked.. there were no iphones at all!! Next, to Bukit Batok, and still nope, iphone 4 were all sold out. Finally, we decided to head to IMM. The last destination as jie was feeling really hopeless and bored from all the failed attempts. However, to our surprise, it was available at IMM!! Jie was so lucky, the shopkeeper said that a client just cancelled his/her order for the phone, hence, it was available. Without any hesitation, jie grabbed the phone, signed a new contract, bought accessories and paid for the phone. She was all pleased and hyper when we left the shop. haha. 

Being gleeful and gay with her new baby, she treated me lunch as reward for travelling around with her.. it was a chilly day too.. hehe, lucky me.. Lunch was at Ichiban Sushi! Food was delicious, bused home with a satisfied stomach! teehee

Notice that there were only cucumber slices on the plate in the middle, it was supposed to contain salmon sashimi. However, I dumped the fish slices all into my miso soup to 'cook'/ heat it up. No raw stuff for my weak stomach. ):
