Year of the Rabbit!

Hello! It has been some time since I blogged. hehe, had been busy with school.. sigh, glad that it will be over soon in about 2 weeks' time? haha. yay! Here's the Chinese New Year entry!

A few days before CNY, went Bugis with Brenda for last minute shopping for clothes!!haha, it was so funny on that day, I actually forgot that I had piano lesson on that day. my sister and teacher were anxiously spamming calls to my phone, and because I was in the MRT which was in the tunnel, the reception was weak. Could not answers their calls at all until I reached the station. Returned call to my teacher to apologise after that. LOL.

We had lunch at Swensens! wanted to use Brenda's 1-for-1 ice cream voucher initially but as the both of us were not feeling well, we skipped ice cream and had proper food instead. Shopped at Bugis street after lunch, we got dresses of the same design again!! haha, but the dress turned out to be a disappointment for me when I tried it out at home, BOO.. Impromptu decision to catch the movie  "Green Hornet" when we were in the midst of our shopping. Homed after Brenda had her bubble tea.

大年初一

Bai Nian day! Chinese New Year Greetings! Everyone bai nian to each other, the atmosphere was so joyful everywhere. Got changed and the greeting ceremony began. My parents started by greeting by granny, followed up by us greeting our parents. Visited the temple to pray and greet some shi fus as well. Shi fus were so kind and gave us some valuable advices and words of blessings :) After that, we headed to Pulau Ubin to slack, snack, play card games and feast on steamboat lunch and dinner. Pure awesomeness! 

初二

Chu er! Reunion with relatives from my paternal family. Lunch at my eldest aunt's house --> visit to eldest uncle's house :) Finally wore my cheong sam on that day!! it was a sudden decision to get a cheong sam too, hehe. got it from Chinatown at a really cheap price. teehee. And most importantly, I cannot believe that I CAN FIT IN A SIZE S CHEONG SAM!! *happy ttm!* yeah, you can say that the cutting is big and whatever, but as long as I can fit into it.. who cares? haha. Kay, I really liked it very much actually. Too bad i can no longer fit into it now cos i gained freaking 2kilograms from all the food and lack of exercise. (This is horrible, I even had difficulty in spelling the word 'EXERCISE'. OMG) Anyway, we talked, camwhored, feasted, and snacked all day long! Not forgetting television programmes as well, Kpop award ceremonies, Taiwanese dramas and Hong Kong dramas! hehe, love them all.

End of Day 2 

初三

Visit to aunts' houses! 2 aunts! Both in the Bukit Batok area, make it real convenient! Had yummy steamboat for lunch again!! Then it was gambling time! Played black jack and I lost so money :( haha, i have no luck in gambling.. Slacked for a while and my family and I left to catch a movie! Caught the Green Hornet!! It was my 2nd time watching it, but i didn't mind as it was with my family members <3
