My Veggie Pau

Yo-zersss!! I had my first attempt in making steamed buns (pau, bao, 包) last Saturday!! Made vegetable paus cause my parents are converting into Pescetarians. Bought a pau mix and made the vegetable filling myself! Gotta say that it was really hard work, but all worth it because they tasted great!! :D Glad that I got the right pau mix, the skin was soft and yummy!  I was so shocked by the rising effect of the yeast, I underestimated it and so my paus turned out in Large sizes! lol.. Still love them though <3
