Hey all!! As I have not been really keeping up with my resolutions, I have decided to go on a 21 days 'break-the-habit' challenge. This is specially taken up in effort to curb my horrible habit of over eating at night :( i always pig out at night, and i know that a bad bad practice. I'm beginning to feel the consequences myself too, including Weight gain, acid reflux, stomach ache, diarrhea.. i need to always have a light dinner and ZERO snacks..
I plan to be back everyday (if possible) to record my progress.. so, see you!!
